EDM helps individuals and businesses focus on what actually works by evaluating actions using collective human knowledge, experience and judgment. This allows them to reduce guesswork and avoid wasting time, money, and effort on low-credibility actions.
Outcomes explained ๐ฐ
- The point is the score. Every action carries a confidence score: what people who put money and proof behind it say about whether doing it helps. Not a poll, not a model's guess, not a search result - the score is settled by verdicts from people who did the action and proved it, and moved by the money of people who backed it or bet against it. The market, the roles and the rules below are the means; the score is the product, so you can stop guessing and see what works.
- The outcomes everybody wants, in every culture, for every person, team, creature and task. An action helps one or more of the 6 domains:
- โฐ More Time - Everything alive spends it and gets none back. An action that hands hours back to a person, a team or a task helps anywhere.
- ๐ฐ More Money - Stored effort. Earning it, keeping it or wasting less of it buys room for the other 5.
- ๐ก๏ธ Less Risk - Every creature guards against loss before it reaches for gain. Fewer ways to lose is progress on its own.
- ๐ค Better Relationships - Nothing lasting is built alone. Trust between people is the oldest infrastructure there is.
- ๐๏ธ More Freedom - The room to choose: where to be, what to do, whom to answer to. Wanted by everything that can move.
- ๐ช Better Health - A body and a mind that work. The outcome the other 5 are worth little without.
- Who does what. A role is granted per epoch by the thing you did, and you can wear several. Backing, taking, creating and sponsoring need a Basic and Outcomes subscription; reading is free for everyone.

It opens at the last score. Backers ๐ฎ bull or ๐ป bear stake - every stake pays a flat fee of $0.25, $0.15 to EDM and $0.10 to the liquidity leg - and takers โ post a bond, do the action for 2 to 6 weeks, by domain, and file a verdict with evidence. When enough valid verdicts are in the epoch settles: a bull share pays the share of verdicts that said it helped, a bear share the rest, the pool pays the takers by grade and rating, the bonds come home, and the next epoch opens at that score. A market has no last epoch unless its creator retires it; an epoch that reaches 90 days without enough verdicts refunds every bond and restarts its clock.
- Create one as a ๐ creator, to put an action of your own on the market: pick its depth, pay for it, rate the verdicts, and share every trade's liquidity leg with whoever funds the maker as a ๐ง sponsor. Actions can support missions, the shared goals; your open positions are on your positions page and every cent on your wallet.
A worked example: Nina's action over 3 epochs, every role, and the ledger after every step
Derived from the same arithmetic the platform runs, at the $5.00 depth. Nina, the ๐ creator, opens it; Ana and Cara back it as ๐ฎ bulls, Ben bets against it as a ๐ป bear; Dev, Eli, Gus, Fay and later Hal take it as โ takers; Ben challenges as a โ๏ธ challenger; ๐ onlookers buy the pass; Sam funds the maker as a ๐ง sponsor when the market thins; the ๐ค validator grades the evidence. Balances are what the action holds after each step; the creator column is the action's own creator bucket - what the creator put in and took out THROUGH the action, while the liquidity legs and the retirement return leave for a wallet, which is why the total below differs.
